Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is an 11 am during the off season and 10am during the high season. During the high season we would be happy to offer an 11 am checkout if we do not have another group coming that day.

Memorial Day to Labor Day is considered "high season". The cancellation policy during "high season" is 60 days. The cancellation policy for May, September and any holiday weekend outside of "high season" is 30 days. For any other time of year, the cancellation policy is one week. If you cancel inside of your scheduled reservation you will forfeit your deposit. A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. If you cancel outside of your, a $25 processing fee will be charged.

Adult pets who are in a kennel at night and do not bark are welcome for group rentals. Pets MUST NOT be left unattended and must be cleaned up after immediately.
